I am guessing b/c the s2000 is supposed to be a limited production vehicle? maybe?

Well, I thought they had a nice honest response.

Thank you for your interest in the 2002 Honda. Our listing
is incorrect for the options. It does not have power seat or tilt wheel. Our listing format made it too easy to check the option groups and we should not have included those two.I hope you are still interested and would be happy to talk with you about the vehicle.
