Looking from the front, pass. side mirror is angled in more than driver side mirror
I was just in the garage, admiring the car (as usual)
when looking from the front, I see that the passenger side-view mirror is angled in to the body slightly more than the driver side-view mirror is. I could tell by looking at the inner plane of the mirror and by how much it creates an angle with the weather stripping plane on top of the doors. The driver side has almost no angle (both almost parallel to each other) but on the pass side, the inner plane of the mirror points more inward toward the car. I was pretty sure that the mirrors don't have the ability to rotate (even though a newb may think so since the mirrors seem like a 2 piece assembly - 1 that directly attaches to the door and the other which holds the mirror on top of that) but I checked again and confirmed the mirrors can't have the ability to fold in like some cars. So maybe I'm thinking, the mirrors weren't aligned from the factory the same way on both sides. Maybe it is within "factory specs" but just wanted to point out that it is barely noticeable with a naked eye. Anyone else have this problem?

Its just for the angle you are viewing in the driver's seat.
There is no need to angle the drivers side since we look straight (almost) into it and back.
The passengers side however is different because we have to look across the cabin and then back, hence a greater angle.
If Honda aligned them the same, we would have to max out the adjustment just to create the proper angle.
Isn't funny how we can stare at our cars like that?!? I do that too.

Maybe they changed it for your model year...
