Default Looking at an S2k is this a good deal?

OK im looking to get an ap2 i wanted to know if this sounded like a good deal or not.

its a NFR 2004 at a certified honda dealer with 18k miles, there asking $24000 but i got them down to $22500. wanted to know if that sounds like a good deal. the car is clean inside and out, its 1 owner really taken good care of. Also wanted to know if theres anything i should look for.?? let me know thanks guys

i paid $20,000 last year for my 2004 w/ 26,000 miles....in spring as well

clean title, no accidents, 1 owner

That seems like a decent deal from a dealer. I would go for it. I guess how much of a deal it is depends on where you are though. I say go for it.

THE only thing i really worry about is the rear diff. im not one to do burnouts, or launching or anything crazy, i just hear stories of them always BREAKING let me know what you think on this topic thanks

always dying? I've never heard of anything from Honda always dying. Screw warranty, it does nothing but leeches your money. If you are smart enough to not do burnouts and launching crazy, your S will be fine. Private party FTMFW.

Well i dont think that 22500 is that bad for an 04 with 18k miles what do you think? honestly and it has a warranty
