Default Love itLove itLOVE IT!

Just flew to Chicago to pick up my NEW S2000! <insert pant, drool, here 'cause after 2 years of wanting it, I finally GOT IT!>

Forty degrees outside. Top down for 2 hours, heat cranked. Driving down I-55 S en route to KC. From nowhere an oncoming Toronado careens off 55N and heads for us. I negotiate an effortless lane change at 73mph as he spins into the median. Mud chunks rain down. I punch it and slide over a little more. Escape the Toronado's wrath. Toronado spins to a standstill. Thank God, no one else was involved.

I set the cruise at various speeds for rest of trip. Best part is hearing engine comment upon braking, "Oh, why you wanna' brake, man!?" Its throaty howl reminds me to punch it again when the semi in front of me gets the bluehair in front of him out of the way.

Hours later, I pull into my driveway here in KC. Notice the odo reads an even 600. Ha ha ha, whoo-hoo, now it's time to do a lot of and !

If you're on the fence and you don't get this ride, I feel for you! Sorry for the long post, I just had to share my EXCITEMENT. Thanks Cthree and everyone for everything! I made it official today by becoming a member.

Best,
Steve

Congrats, enjoy. Glad you made it home ok.

If you think its good now, just wait. It gets better the longer you own it.
