i have the RS-R Ti2000 titanium springs. they are sick. 25% lighter than typical springs. the spring rates are really good too.

After having them on the car for a few months, I can honestly say that this is the best money I have ever spent on a car. I would get stiffer springs. Mine are quite a bit stiffer than stock. The shocks are what makes the car ride so harsh. If you get stiffer springs that drop the car about an inch and you do not replace the stock shocks, I would bet that the shocks will not last very long and it will ride like shit.

KG/MM's are also progressive and you ahve a choice of race or street springs. Race being the larger drop, and street being the one you are probably looking for. good luck.
