Default Lowering springs ...

Would getting lowering springs decrease the suspension performance of my car? I'm not a hardcore autocrosser neither do I track my car ... But I don't want to make my car handle worse than stock. I've heard the stock honda dampers and shocks were good enough to keep stock while getting smaller springs to lower the car..

Depends on what springs you're gonna get. TEIN spings are pretty cool. I installed one on a buddies car and it felt just a little firmer than stock. Looked nice and felt pretty good to me.

Got some Eibach Sport springs on the OEM shocks. About 49,000 on the odometer, and it seems pretty good still.

Planning to go with the eibach sport springs, or the tanabe GF210 spring.

I would go with Swift Springs. I have them and handle great.

Wait so, getting just springs (along the lines of espelir, eibach, or swift/tanabe) wont decrease my handling in any way right? I just can't afford coilovers right now ... nor do I think I will ever push the car hard enough to make use of them.
