man, someone put up an AWESOME DIY for this with pics of each step. i have actually been searching for it for the last week. i saw it several months back, but i forgot to bookmark it. dammit.
i am looking to get some buddy clubs and i wanted to reference that for the install.
i will give up looking for it soon and start a thread in UTH, i am sure one of them has it bookmarked. i just don't wanna go in there right away just to let them tell me to use the search function.

States with Safety inspections will not pass you if your vehicle is lowered. Hawaii is notorious for failing people with lowered cars because they use a measuring device which measures the distance from the ground to the opticle center of the OEM headlights. If it's lower than 22" your screwed. I failed before cause of 1/4 of an inch.

I'd like to know, do you need to have a front and rear alinement done after lowering the car?
Yes, you will need a realignment after you lower the car.

The springs are a breeze to change out if you have any mechanical experience. The left rear is a little annoying, but I didn't have as much trouble as some here say they have had.(The fuel filler pipe is in the way)

It is an easy job. Get yourself a Honda S2000 shop manual. It will tell you how to do ANYTHING to your car, including replacing your springs. It is most important to have a good quality torque wrench and to make sure every bolt is torqued to specs when you reinstall.

Make sure you also get an alignment. You may have trouble finding a shop that has an alignment rack that accept your lowered car. Mine is lowered about 1 1/2in and it took us about 5 minutes just to get it on the alignment rack.
