Major props on the work.

But if you want a Z06, why not by a Corvette?

The guy who put a 1000 hp 2jz into his camaro. You don't ask him why did he not get a supra. A supra and a 69 camaro look nothing alike, but I gaurantee you that is one bad ass camaro. Dont hate the player hate the game.

Awesome swap. While v8's sound better than a 4 banger, I'd still have to say my favorite sounding exhaust comes from an inline 6 hands down. I'm not sure what it is, but many LS1 engines w/ exhaust simply sound "too mean.."

I'd do it this way simply not to have the HUGE Corvette ass!

I don't see how an LS7 into an S2000 transforms it into a much bigger and heavier Z06.

I'd venture to guess that a lot of folks around here would *much* rather have an LS7 S2000 than a Z06. (see post above^^^)

It's like the Jesus of S2000's.
Naaah, it would need the original engine blowing up, then resurecting it with the V8 ha.

Fantastic car though, would really like to see how the minimal extra weight and distribution effects the car... if it's minimal it would be well worth the conversion as opposed to stressing the s2k motor with bolt on turbo kits etc.
