I hope you spoke to the 12 year old kid about the dangers of driving 110 mph on the street! Kids that age are very impressionable. I certainly hope he does not kill himself the day he gets his drivers license because of this unforgettable event that he tries to replicate...
My brother took me for rides in many of his cars at high speeds, he was in his high teens and I was a single digit in age. The most memorable was the Chevy Caprice Classic 283V8 at 110mph! I will always reflect with joy and humor upon that day! He died in a car accident a year later. I now drive at that speed only on the track.
