Help! I can't for the life of me reset the Maintenance Required Indicator. The manual says to turn the key to the LOCK position, then press the TRIP reset button until the light turns off. What the heck?! I must've sat there for a minute until a permanent depression formed on my thumb and nothing happened.

Somebody please tell me how to reset that damn indicator.

 

First, put key in ignition w/o turning then push the trip reset button, and continue to hold button down while turn key to next position. Then hold button until light stays off.
