Hey guys, so today after turning on my beautiful s i see the maintenance light flash about 3-5 times more after all the other icons finish lighting up but then it just goes away. Does this mean i need to get the s checked out, or does it always do this??

Also, when its time to change the oil does this same icon light flash or is there an actual oil icon??

The light will flash on startup when you are getting "close" to 6000 miles since the last reset.
Then it will come on and stay on until reset

To reset, hold trip when turning the key to ON, wait until it stops flashing, and it should go away (preferably after changing your oil)
