Many concerns
I ran fairly new stock tires in the pissing rain at Buttonwillow and averaged 65MPH vs. 75MPH in the dry the day before. No traction problems other than the expected (paint is very slippery when wet).
The very limit of cornering capability is ten tenths (10/10) so 8/10 would be eight tenths of max. 10/10 is a lot slower for some than others. People say they are at 10/10 when they lose control and crash into a tree but likely they are at 7/10 and just did some bonehead manuver like lifting in a turn cause they think they are going too fast.
The S2000 will handle as an experienced driver would expect it too. Not so familiar to front wheel drive or new drivers.
