I think comparitively, the S2000 dyno's well within reasonable engineering tolerances, especially if it's within the 18-20% range.
Also, the MKIV Supras typically dyno at around 290-300rwhp stock, not because the powertrain (Getrag/2JZGTE) is efficient, but because Toyota totally went conservative on the power outputs (It's more like 350+ stock bhp than 320)!

Typical power loss is 18-19% for a manual transmission and 20-22% for an automatic.
Which would be around 195 RWH for the S2000, which most people dyno w/+or- 3HP.
