78k miles on my '02. Gas prices are high, but in the grand scheme of things, I'm not too concerned about the few extra bucks per tank.

Now thats what I am talking about...78k on an 02. Thats some serious driving...
No problems either right?
No mechanical problems. Had to replace the original clutch due to wear, and had my original soft top replaced due to wear holes (covered by factory warranty), and that's pretty much it. My transmission has gotten grumpier with age (only really noticable when the car's cold though), so we'll see if that develops into anything more serious, but so far so good.

Not positive, maybe around 60k miles? Probably could've used it for a few thousand more miles, but it was getting there.

I am almost at 60,000 miles and my clutch still feels great. Some of my friends thought I had an aftermarket clutch with how stiff/firm it was. I was like nope. Original clutch. Almost switched but I am not going to get rid of something thats perfectly fine.
Thanks for the info.

Bought 3/15/05. Just crossed 2000 miles today. And my commute to work is only about 7 miles each way.

MY04 with 15,000 ish miles. Bought it Dec. of 03.

Gas prices are up but...up 50 cents = to about 5 bucks extra for 10 gallons on gas. 5 bucks!!! that's like...only....5 bucks...that's like 5 bucks extra per week ( for me at least). You can always not buy A beer at a bar, not spend 5 bucks a week on the other million things you waste money on to help fill a tank of gas, etc, etc. In the grand scheme of things, 5 bucks extra is just 5 bucks extra...you probably lose it somewhere anyway.
