if you have vin and proof of ownership than they should be able to cut you a key for like 10 dollars maybe less.. just have them cut it on a cheapest key they have no chip in them..

Thank you Honda!

Went to the local dealer with title in hand. They cut me a new key on the spot free of charge and told me to bring it back by sometime to get the chip programmed.
