Modifry "Yellow Jacket" speedo calibrator...
Hey gang,
Tonight I had my 4.77 diff installed, along with the Modifry "Yellow Jacket" speedo corrector. I had a friend of mine do the install, I trust him as he is very mechanically inclined. Once the Yellow Jacket was all wired up the instructions stated that the light on the device should come on, and stay on for only 5 seconds then start to flash, this tells you that it has been wired up correctly. We turned the key and the Yellow Jacket's light stayed on, and wouldn't turn off, or flash like it said in the instruction booklet.
The booklet provided stated that if the light didn't come on to check wiring, or if the light is flashing to check your ground, and ensure it is wired correctly. Unfortunately there was no troubleshoot for the "if the light stays on" problem.
Im hoping some here may be able to help me out. Might I have a defective Yellow Jacket?
Thanks in advance.
