Default Modifry's Redline Module kicks ass!!!!

I just got Modifry's Redline Module.. Bought the FULL MONTY...Installed it today.. It's such a sweet mod.. My only problem is i keep on speeding to hear the beeper go off... I installed it slopely cause I couldn't wait to see it work.. It's currently dangling from under the dashboard right now...Haven't even installed the valet unit yet. I am definetly going to relocate the beeper some where closer to my ears.. Thinking about behind the head rest or under the drivers dash.. It's definetly not loud enough under WOT to be under the passenger dash...As of now the last beep is set to go off at 8900rpms at intervals. The 3 warning beeps are set at 200 intervals before the redline beep.. This mod kicks ass.. I fully recommend this mod to everyone. I give props to modifry for coming up with this..

I have this mod as well. I am mostly deaf after my stint in the Corps. Any low drone or wind noise drowns out everything in hearing distance.

My solution was to reverse the buzzers, I use the valet alarm for the shift warning beep and the little buzzer for the valet alarm.

Since you've got everything dangling out there, you could hook it up and try it out. I put the alarm buzzer (now shift buzzer) in the center console under the arm rest (plenty of room under there).

It's only really loud if you have the top up. To me it's worth it being a little loud rather than bouncing off the limiter.

If you have the top down and the stereo cranked, it's the perfect volume. Don't measure it by putting it up to your ear and letting it chirp, put it where you want it and then go for a drive.

I droped the max to 8700 at 300RPM incriments, I'm FI so the revs crepe up fast in the lower gears, having it set at 8900 was too soon for me reflexes.
