Mods or no mods?
My tendency is to keep mine stock. I do not see any need for an increase in performance, and I think the car looks fantastic the way it came (and that was without any dealer options).
I have no intention of selling the car, so I am not protecting an "investment".
I can understand that several others may wish to make the car "theirs" through mods, and wish them nothing but success. (Although some of those major body aero kits do take a certain amount of getting used to.)
I have a roof well mat coming, and I will be installing a mesh front grill and eventually the 1 piece floor mats, but I see these as cosmetic protection items. They are easily removable, but will lenghten the positive experience I have had and will have with this great car.
I haven't lived with the car long enough to decide if I will be doing the stereo. There are several compelling arguments to work that issue.
No matter which way anyone goes with mods, the car is still a great drive.

Seeing as how my car is what most would consider 'highly modified', I feel I can speak with some authority on the topic.
We have been up and down this topic a lot and it seemed that some feathers were ruffled. I always found that to be perplexing and aggravating at the same time.
To answer the original question, however, even with all the crazy things that I have done to my car, I only let the technicians at King Motorsports lay a hand on the car. Or it's something that I just do myself. I have NEVER let a dealer touch my car and never EVER will. I suppose I'm just lucky to be within a short drive to King to have them do things to the car. They support a vibrant and successful racing program and have great backing from lots of race-proven folks...
I don't fear problems also because in addition to the above reason...only quality parts go on the car. Nothing that hasn't been tested and proven to be worthy stays on the car....and that is equipment that is proven and race worthy.
If you don't have access to King and you are interested in having race-bred mofications done to the car, find a local race team or do some research to find out who the skilled Honda technicians are in your town. And moreover, again, if you are interested in performance modifications, only use equipment from reputable companies with a solid race heritage-based track record. There aren't very many of those types of companies, but a little research will go a long way...that only instills confidence in what the quality of things that they are producing and selling.
Oh, I never gave (and still don't) two shakes about resale value. I bought the car to have fun, tweak it for every pony it's got, drive the pants off of it and that's exactly what I am doing. It's all about personal choices...to mod or not to mod, it's purely personal. Some people put on RM Racing dress up bits under the hood and others take things a little (or a lot) further. It's your decision...
But my car runs like a banshee, far better than before...totally awesome. Make me do this ----->
