Let's see what we've got goin' here:
We've got "GEdrew", who started this thread, who had an Eclipse power modded to the nuts.
Then we've got "oshp515", who had an 11.5 sec Supra (no doubt not stock).
Of course you are entitled to your opinions and the ability to express them, however, you are indicating that it's OK to mod like crazy if it's for power but not if it's for "esthetics" (appearance). And you say it's OK to do this if you are young, which implies that it's NOT OK when you are older. How much older before it's NOT OK? And you say it's OK to mod an Eclipse or a Supra but NOT an S2000?
"Opinions" that originate from HYPOCRITES, don't carry as much weight as even "2 cents".
But then, that's just my opinion.
ps. I have nothing against anyone who chooses NOT to mod their cars. Why does it bother you so much that others do?

artist. How mature is it to write half the stuff you wrote? Again someone really needs to take a step back and reassess themselves before blaming others. Anything negative comments that you have received from this thread you wholeheartedly deserved. BTW, obviously that autotrader ad was a joke, I found from another post on a DSM board. Yes that's right I am a DSMer, I have owned a 1G GSX, a 2G GSX, and just purchased a GVR4. You really need to get off the ego trip if you think I wasted my time looking through autotrader for your car. I couldn't give a rat's ass about you. Oh yeah taken from your ad "Aesthetics: interior neons, Streetglow Gold Series Underbody neons" How much hp did that get you? Who's the riceboy?

[B]......Last comment...being an engineer I have such great respect for the engineers over at Honda as i'm sure you all do, but dont you think that they went to school to learn how to design these cars, as well as having decades of experience with them? Most of you guys are in your 20s and 30s and mod your cars thinking you are making it so great but those Honda engineers know a 1000X more then you do.
