there's also a thigh pad that makes the seat pretty comfortable as...kind of like you're in a recliner.

I grabbed an airline pillow to use for lumbar support. I only use it on long rides, but it definitely makes a difference. They're perfectly sized for the seats too.

The only hard part is finding an airline that actually distributes pillows these days.
