Default Moisture in taillight

Every time I wash my S or it rains decently some moisture forms inside the driver side taillight.

As far as I can tell it hasn't been wrecked (all body lines match and vin#s match). Local Honda dealer suggested worn/damaged bulb seals. Anyone else have any input?

Or, they might just have not been fully screwed in to the locked position. Pull out your trunk liner and check them all.
