funny thing. when i had my s2k on more than one occasion i witness very very very very very old men. who can barely walk with a cane. spend what seem like ages to just get up and come over to my car. walk around it and admire it. i just sat from a distance and smile.

 

I agree that the S2000 has a clean timeless design that looks good from any angle. The simplicity of good design is striking. However, I can think of dozens and dozens of cars that I would consider much better looking. There are numerous cars of my youth that I would consider knockouts compared to the S2000. For example, the Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe. There's no doubt the S2000 is an eye catcher. Even today I probably saw half-dozen people cranking their necks, pointing, etc. when I took the car out. Not many you say -- heck, I only drove about 4 miles. I was just drying it off after a wash.

 

s2000 is pretty damn sexy, even in stock form.

friends around here call it "sex on wheels".

 

love the original MY00-03...but the MY04 isn't too shabby either

 

I too love the design of the S and it hasn't shown a sign of aging once yet. The 04's are just to re-launch the marque.

Having been at the British motorshow on Friday I do have to say the Ford GT also is a timeless shape and style- very indeed.
