ya pretty much. Suspension is upgraded. as are, wheels, tires, bodykit, exhaust....umm.. ...shift knob...you get mugen badges too......yup for about 10 grand more than a Si...or at that one dealership 20 grand....you could almost buy 2 si's for that 40 grand one!!!!

Yeah, Mugen = Si but with some add ons that would cost $3-4k over a stock Si. So really your paying for badging and the Mugen name, and of course a low production car.
