Anybody know about the mugen header+Exhuast and Spoon header+Exhuast which one are faster and useful any suggestion about it thank you

A quick answer though is it's pretty much personal preference and the gains are only marginal for the money invested.

MG Racing also makes a setup thats a bit less expensive but is new and yet to be fully tested.
