My experience with Hand A ......awesome!!!
Earlier today I had placed a message trying to find a less expensive alternative to source some "stock" items for my S2000, such as floormats, spoiler and a remote control.
I contacted Hand A and within minutes I got an email explaining that they did not carry the remote. Well, I sent them a reply thanking them with a note of how much the local dealer wanted to charge me. Within minutes, I received another email from them (Bill, thanks!!) expalining that they would ADD that item to their site so I could order it...............
I already placed the order. Ladies and gentlemen, this was all done in minutes. I have NEVER experienced such terrific customer service and as much as I hate to admit it, even in the company I work for have we reacted and acted so quickly to a customer's half request.....I am shocked, amazed and thrilled.
