Default shiftstyle.com extremely bad service

i placed an order at shiftstyle.com on Nov.11 for a shiftboot. my order arrived one month later. between that time, i asked several times for a tracking number which says on their site that it is upon request. they did not provide the tracking number, also ignored several of my emails. they take at least a week to reply every single email from me. they provide a order number which can be checked on their website but it was never updated with the status of my order.

i finally received my order a month later and guess what, it's the wrong color. i asked for a full refund because i don't want to deal with that site's bullshit anymore, they reply my email a week later saying that there's no refund but would send me another one. but when u go to their site on the order page, this is exactly what it says: "All of our products are backed by a no-question asked return policy, so if you

You should call them again and request to talk to a Manager.

I don't understand why you people deal with them. We have a great sponsor on our board that makes shift boots and other interior products to your specification! I have nothing but great experience with Joe from JPM custom interior.

they do not have a number, only way to contact them is through email which they rarely read or ignore.

yes you can file a credit card dispute.

Just say you ordered a part and they sent you the wrong one and will now not take it as a return. Give VISA the link to the website and point out the "All of our products are backed by a no-question asked return policy, so if you
