I am not entirely sure exact comparisons, but in general Star Specs and their competitors (Hankook RS3, Bridgestone RE11, Yokohama AD08, etc...) tend to be a second or two faster on a 60 second autox course than the S drives and their competitors (Hankook V12, Bridgestone RE760, Dunlop DZ101, etc...). Also worth noting is that the Yokohama AD08 is designed by Yokohama to be significantly grippier than the S drive and the Star spec tend to be grippier than the AD08's. The racing and competition forum have lots of data on stuff like this.
