BLADES2K, did you get the real soft lenses? Because I my pair are solid but there's a corner on the right lense that's kinda soft and I'm kinda worried it would deform down the road too.

The lenses are really good quality and i'm sure they wont deform especially since they are held down by the other piece. just be sure you dont use an elongated bulb that touches or comes too close to the diffuser.

Banger: thanks for the advice, i'll look into LED's.

Those LED's are great. We actually changed both the parking light and sidemarker light w/ the LED's. Looks clear but still lights up amber.

Here's a link to some pics of my cousin's car:

Local Autozone sells a APC (American Products Company) amber pair of turnsignal bulbs # Part No. 50.4025.B

Paid $4.99 for the bubble-pak of 2 amber blubs.

Thanks w1ngpimp for making me always feel that one again!

I paid a whopping $20 (pus $5 for shipping) for the Amber bulbs after my diffuser job.

I looked up the Polarg bulbs. The M20 is 5W and the M5 is 18W. I would guess they also generate more heat as well.

Yes, the way most laws are written, they only spec the color of the light that is emitted and the location of the lights on that car. They don't care about they type of bulbs used other that they must be DOT approved. I have read the laws about this for my state (TX) and that was all that they covered. They did also said that the rears could not be clear with red bulbs because there was not DOT approved red bulbs.

You should look up the laws on this for your state and see the details. I found the I did not need amber for the fronts, and white was fine.
