What should I do? Is there just a fuse for the passenger window? If so, what could have cause the overload? Has this happen to anyone else?

Definitely check the window lock. It looks like a safety on a gun.

It's on the driver's door armrest.

 

Did just that a day or two ago. Hit the window lock "off" from red to white (right side down on the switch) on the driver's arm rest. Later put the top down and windows went down. When I put the top up right side window didn't go up.
Bet that's what you have done. I was PO'ed until I realized my mistook!!!
