S2KWhite, my car is three months new as well and I have the same prob sometimes. It never bothered me enough for me to take the car to the dealer yet, but if you think its a prob, take it back to the dealer and I am sure they can take care of it.

All the T.O members go to Castle Honda for service/TSB work, and the manager there really took care of our cars, if you need a good Honda dealer for the job, I highly recommand Castle!

Xviper,
Just remeasured from yesterday and you're right. Almost 3 cm's to the left. Your expertise never ceases to amaze me, man. Damn you know your $hit!

all i do if it doesn't go down all the way is put the top up halfway and bring it back down again. after that, it just goes in normal.

I've never put the cover on so can't say for sure.
BUT, since you are back there messing around with the cover, it's no big deal to give the top a wee push to take it the rest of the way. It's not going to break just because you push on it. I know people who do this routinely. I do it once in a while as I walk past it just to see if it will go any further - and for no other reason but that.
