Microfibers, Leather Conditioner/Cleaner, Quick Detail spray, Black duct-tape(emergency top repair!) and my OEM Tonneau cover. There's also an OEM Six-Disk changer that's not plugged into anything but is left there to hold my cleaning supplies from flailing around the trunk.

Oh wait, you said "S2000 trunk" Doh.
1. rag for checking oil, fluids, etc.
2. spare tire, jack and tools
3. spare hooded jacket. Never know when you may have to be out in the cold/rain stranded somewhere.
4. I may have some misc other tools in there too.
