I don't think you'll get anything from the insurance company unless you had your modifications in your policy. My Works and Coilovers got destroyed and got nothing.
What my insurance is shouldnt matter because I wasn't at fault. My company would not be reimbursing me therefore it is irrelevant
I agree. The other driver's insurance company is responsible for the property damage. If the driver had run into a fancy cast iron mailbox, the insurance company can't just pay for an untreated pine 4"x4" to replace it. You need documentation of what you paid for the mods or their current market value.

I can't see how bad it is?
Depending on year an mileage and insurance it will get totaled.
You could always get a check from insurance an fix it where you choose an maybe come out on top.
If they total it make sure an get receipts from somewhere. Or just replace the parts with stock ones.

Hope you feel better and at least made it out ok, along with the traumatized dog!!

It looks like there was enough front end damage to total it. Make sure you keep on top of your insurance company to make sure they stay on top of the other insurance company. If it's repairs, all will be covered. If it's totaled, the market value is what you are going to get, regardless of modifications.

Good luck with everything.

As long as you have proof of purchase of those parts on your car with legit receipts then your insurance company will reimburse you> My previous car was stolen once and broken into a 2nd time and both times I got all my money back for the stereo and wheels that were missing minus some depreciation but you need to document everything
lets hope, since i do have receipts. what was the average depreciation rate if you can remember?
