Now the important part. If it is totaled I will be in the market for another S2000. I want an AP1 for sure, and would like it to be under 80k miles (but that is negotiable.) I really DO NOT want a Sebring, Suzuka, or Rio colored one though.
You might have to compromise depending on what's available. As mentioned above, you won't find a Rio AP1 unless it's custom. Good luck with everything.

Depends on the situation and company. If the rear car pushed the middle car into the front car then it's the rear car's fault. Of course, getting the rear car's insurance to own up is an entirely separate matter. These multi car accidents can be a mess. I was the front car in a 3 car accident where the middle car struck me and was then hit by the rear car. Blame was assigned to the rear car which didn't have coverage and I didn't have UIM at the time. Hopefully the OP has a police report in his favor which can help.
