I've used Plexus on my plastic window since day one (nine years ago), and it's a bit wrinkled but otherwise extremely clear. I have no idea if it can help with a window that's already gotten cloudy, but IMO it's certainly worth a shot.

 

Where can I buy this Plexus? I looked on ebay and they have some, but I have no work this Sunday and would love to start scrubbin today.

Any local shops carry these? I don't think Kragen or Autozone carry Plexus...

 

I use Novus #1 and #2 on mine. It removes the clouding, and keeps it crystal clear for about a year.
