N/A s2k (did a search)
The longer i own my s2000 the more impressed i am.
I was reading the thread "OEM intake vs aftermarket... and the conclusion is that it is rare to find an aftermarket intake which performs better than the stock one.
The same applies to Headers and exhaust systems.
It is common belief that full Intake/Header/TailPipe/Exhaust will gain a maximum of 15whp.
I was also reading the "Different HID Bulbs" thread and the conclusion was the the 4300k HID bulbs that come stock on the S2000's have the most light output.
HONDA really made an awesome car.
The only way to improve its performance is by going FI.
Get this, the s2000 already comes with forged internals so it takes Forced Induction very well.
Again, HONDA made a true classic.

intake, headers, test pipe, single exhaust, 4.56 gears, short THROW shifter (not short shifter, short THROW), tune (vafcII, greddy emanage, aem ems) and camshaft, valve springs, ported heads, fuel injectors, clutch. Add some lightweight 255/45R-17s in the rear and some 215/225 in the front wrapped in drag radials. Lightweight CB seibon hood and trunk. Lighter seats. Intake cooling plate. coilovers. struts. And top it off with some racing fuel/nitrous if you like.
Makes sure the temperature is around 50-65 degrees. No humidity. At sea level.

I'm sure this will net you low 13's or high 12's.

inlinepro does a ~$4k engine builds. they say you can rev to 10,600 or 10,800 RPM if i remember right. also i think it was warranteed fully for a year, regardless of whether you beat it or not. blueprinted, new pistons, the whole nine yards. if you really care, search it and find the details, as this is just my memory speaking.
you could tune it for e85/c16/whatever and increase compression, and i'd bet that with i/h/e and proper tuning you could get close to comptech WHP numbers with an NA setup.
