Relax man. .

I doubt you have a problem. Just get the adjustments made and enjoy the S.

Hopefully it is just tires or alignment. Get the car inspected privately first and see what they say. Compare that to what the stealership tells you. Also, I believe they should refund you some back if they don't take the car back. It just makes sense since it was sold to you as a no accident car. Good luck.

CarFax will not show accidents unless the car was totalled (since that changes the title, which is what CarFax looks at).
Carfax will pull any public record that involves the vehicles VIN number... any accident reported to the police, totalled or not, will show on a Carfax.

You sure know what your talking about...

Carfax is very helpful, but is not always accurate. If a vehicle is fixed from an accident without a police report, then it won't be on carfax. However, if they said it was clean, then they are liable. What does it say was involved with the accident? If a police report was filed, then go look up the number and see what the police report description says.

No, you don't know what you are talking about. I had a car STOLEN, yeah stolen, and made a police report. When I got the car back the carfax was clean. The car was also in two accidents prior, both being reported to police, and none were on the carfax. That has not just happened one time, it has happened on two of my previous cars. Best way to check for an accident is by looking for vin stickers.

I got more information on the accident.
Arizona, Police Report Report #15272040
Accident reported in Coconino County Vehicle involved in collision
with another motor vehicle Vehicle disabled.

Front Crash Description:
Front crashed into flat & angle barrier.
Rear Crash Description:
Rear into flat barrier & into pole.

I guess that explains the mis-alignment. Thing's get it even more interesting, 12/22/2008 Miles Reported 21,411 California Inspection Station Passed emissions inspection. When I purchased the car it had only 13,225 miles.

I'm even more upset now. I am trying to go through the carfax buyback gaurantee. Wish me luck.

I dont see how you can get the guarantee. It only works if they described something inaccurately.
