need advice about a shop's work..

Take your car to a speed shop and let them fix it for you. Sorry about the extra dough you will have to spend but "stuff" happens. You could also take it to a shop that specialises in alinements and that also sells and installs springs and coilovers. GL

I've heard of this before where the spring was sitting on the perch instead of in it, on one side. Take a visual and see if all the springs are in the perches or not.
