yeah it's best to support the local economy. i'd rather pay a little more for a local pickup rather than have something mailed from across the country from an unknown person...

Have you contacted the CO in his region? Sometimes we can help mediate especially if we know the seller.

I bought the exhaust off here.
I had to go through ebay to get an actual number for paypal
I don't know the guy or his number, so I couldn't contact him directly
I did go to the CO in his region, and he is doing what he can
When I talked to paypal they said they will submit an appeal to the dispute and will let me know when they are done with the investigation.
