I'll be glad to help the situation. Last name "Seo", as far as I know, I haven't met anyone who came from other country than Korea. In fact, one I used to know used "Seo" & "Suh", which represented in same korean character, at his convinience.

I hope that Paul Seo has good enough reason that would not ashame Koreans.
