Emil I'm sorry but I have to agree with version. You are very set in your ways and don't seem to understand what happens when people tune. I'm not saying that a V2 and espilir exhaust is a bangin' setup,

And it's called peace of mind;I don't have to reset my ECU,once a week, and I'm not scared of burning a valve,or a hole in my pistons, because I'm running too lean...

And,"Version"two tenths,can be quite long enough,on a 1/4....

To get back on track.

I've been reading on here for.. 200+ days (I know it's not 5 years.. but give me a break ) Anyways, I know what I need to make some serious numbers, but I'm trying to work with the money I have.

Like emil said, going fast takes a lot of money. And unfortunately being 16, working two jobs to make a $400 monthly payment on my car, and barely having enough money to mod it (I've already spent around $3-4000 in 6 months) I'm doing the best I can .

With that said, I plan on going FI after my wheels next summer.. and when I do it, I'm going to do it right. Get like a T1R 70rr or something like that. But for the time being.. I have to deal with the espelir and the AEM V2.. and my intake manifold project.

15-20whp on a properly tuned VAFC sounds pretty good to me . Any other ideas?

my setup cost me under $1350. i am all for buget tuning, there are afterall more important things besides tuning, like eating and not having to sleep in your s2 because you spent all you money on it!!

just be smart and do research, let others make the mistakes for you, thats what i did.

$350.00
That will help you to get down in the low 13's.

I dont get why everyone is always asking what can i do to get the most horsepower from this and that mod that ad up to like 2k or 3k.

Buy FI. If you dont want to spend $5k for a new one, buy one used. I just saw one for $2.5k, its going to blow away any mod's you want to do for the same price.

How can you beat $2.5k for a good 80 HP at the wheels.

Am i missing something here. Why cant people figure out FI is the way to go. If its to much save up intill its not.
