Update: So the shop did a second alignment and now my steering wheel is dead center. Which is great news. The not so great news is that they didn't provide me with the new alignment specs (cause the tech apparently had gone home). When I asked for it the next day they said they can't print it cause their machine doesn't retain a record. Not so sure how I feel about that.

It seems like I would probably get an alignment at decent shop when I put back on my summer wheels and tires. Probably will take it to ultimate racing in sterling or Honda as backup (I do want that Caster evened out) since they would probably have the torque nuts and other spare parts to do it right.

I did consider the Firestone life time alignment option. I think I might use them once I get my alignment spec exact. I hope to keep this car forever...

Thanks to all on the thread for the help.

Drives straight, no pulling issues. Doesn't follow road camber. Return to center is good. I tried driving in all three lanes of of a highway road to make sure the steering is not artificially centered. But it does behave correctly. In the center lane it is dead center. in each of the other lanes, it is slight off to the opposite side of the road camber itself which I believe is the correct behavior. So yeah overall I am very satisfied now. I just wish I had the alignment numbers.

I know when I had my S4, audi used to do free alignment checks. and they would always give me a spec sheet. I believe it was their tactic to encourage alignments. I wonder if I can just take it to a shop and just ask them to give me the current numbers. I know those initial numbers are not as accurate as when they actually put it on the alignment machine. But atleast I'll have a ref.

I had mine aligned late this year and I did not get the numbers. I'm not 100% confident I'm happy yet so I am going to do it again in the spring when I will have a good set of summer tires on it. I'll make sure to get the numbers this time. I'm still poking around here trying to decide what numbers I want to have them set. I've been reading about the affect of different alignments on handling and tire wear.

I would suggest to maybe even yelp your local area for someone who appears trust worthy; I did the same when I found my current go to align tech.
Luckily in my finding, this align tech allows me sit in the car while I center the wheel and getting my custom specs for same price as his regular alignments.
