Default Need help on replacing strikers

I'm looking into replacing the old strikers with the newer thicker hardtop strikers to reduce wind noise. I did research old threads on this topic and there were a recommendations to use fish tank tubing or heat shrink tubing on the hooks instead of replacing the strikers.

However, I would like to just go ahead and replace the strikers. There were some old threads on replacing old worn out strikers from the '00 models with newer hardtop strikers. Does anyone know the exact part number or a better description for the replacement strikers?

Thanks
