What are "Dealer's fees"? Doesn't look like destination. So unless FLA has some weird laws, looks like added dealer markup. If so, tell them "no way". Also, you can beat the '02 price if you look around and are willing to travel. $30K is possible. Otherwise, at an $800 delta, I'd go for the '03. If you sell in less than 5 years, you'll make it up and then some.

i don't know if MY2003 got a significant improvement over MY2002

to me, unless you are after a specific color combination that's only being offered by MY2003

i would just get a MY2002 ... (if they are practically the same besides the color )
