Default New 05 or used 04

Quick question - would you get a new 05 for $31,500 out the door or a "used" 04 with 3k miles for $28,500 out the door? The one caveat is you'd have to wait two months on the 05!

For 3k more, consider 05. Two months will go by fast. Consider getting the one you want in color combination outside and inside.

05 for $31,500 "out the door"

That would mean the cost of the car is around $28,000 for the 05.

Please prove me wrong...... Cause that sounds too good to be true.

Maybe $31,5 plus tax and fees. Not out the door. At least I hope not because that would mean I got ripped off

The best deal I got on a new 05 is 30,200, plus tax and tags ($1,300), but I have to order it. The 04 has 3k miles from an old man who broke his hip and can no longer get in the car, and is 28,000 plus tax and tags, and maybe the extended warranty. Since both are the car I want (white with tan & black), its just a matter or $$$, and maybe the extended warranty.

Got my 05' sitting on the lot a few weeks ago for $30555 including all dealer doc fees....excludes 7% sales tax and tag fee. Small dealer and the weather is getting cold....guess they didn't want to sit on it all winter for a few hundred bucks more. Anything under $31k for an 05 is a great deal. What's a little wait?

I have a 11 day old 2005 Suzuka Blue and a 2001 Silverstone. Which one I bought would depend on: #1 How much money I have and, #2 How much I trust the person I'm buying the used car from, not to have thrashed the '04. If you are scraping up the $$ for the car I would lean towards the '04, IF you think the man didn't thrash the car. If you aren't totally trusting that he babied the '04, I'd get the '05.
