NEW 06!
soooo, yesterday, i stop by the honda dealer in crystal lake, visiting my wife in chicago, and had to get her some things for her crv. what do i end up doing, leaving with a laguna 06
love the car. my 03 suzuka was in amazing shape, but i just wanted something new, of course the updated looks are awesome. got the 6yr/100k mile warranty/with gap. i have to say guys, the 03 and 06 are waaay different cars.....i do miss some things about the old ap1;stiff clutch, notchy shifting, 9k rpms.....but the 06 definitley has some great features that i love;VSA, a little more torque(which i can actually feel!), great seats, laguna is an amazing color, never have been up close on one until now, and i have to say its great in person. i got rid of the ap1 with about 48k miles. picked the 06 up with 15 miles on the odo....i have a long way til breakin
anyways, just thought i'd share, and for all you guys considering going with the ap2(06), go for it, honda did a lot of great changes!!!!
oh yeah, and the drive by wire is funky, its gonna take some getting used to.

Congrats! I've test driven every model year out there and I have to say that while the AP2 is good it's just not enough of a difference for me to want a new S2000. My 2002 has never given me a lick of trouble and it's paid for so I don't have much incentive to get something new.
Can I ask what the details of your trade was? I'm sure it would cost me at least $14k if I decided I wanted an '06-'07. Most likely I'll wait to see what Honda does for 2008.
