I got the same song & dance from my local dealer so I got on the phone that day. The next day I picked my spa yellow at a dealer 45 miles away with 4 miles on it from the techs pre-delivery drive.
Within one hundred miles of my home I found every color except white & all for at least $500.00 under MSRP.
That was in July 02.

 

Great color choice!! I couldn't find a dealer who had spa yellow locally so I bought it out of a dealership in chicago and had a train take it to seattle, then I took the amtrak up to seattle and drove it home from there. So point being if you dont wanna wait...then dont!!
