New 4dr Civic Si vs S2000
Why the S2000 costs more:
1. It's made in and shipped from Japan. The Civic Si is built and shipped from USA.
2. S2000 is limited in production compared to the Civic Si.
3. Apparently, the S2000 is hand-built (maybe just the motors? I don't remember exactly but I remember reading about that here and in other places). The Civic Si is not.
Those are the reasons I can think of just off the top of my head.

If you want a new civic - buy one.... Who cares?
its like comparing a 90 something civic hatch with mods to a ferrari or lambo. OHH ITS AS FAST AS A 100k+ CAR!!! OHHH. Common man you can make any old bucket a 10 second car if you wanted to but thats not the point.....

I can think of a couple reasons...
1) The MS3 is a wagon(ugly).
2) The Cobalt is... ugly.
Plus, I would pick the Si over both of those cars, just because it's a Honda, and I think it looks a ton better. Even if it's slower.
