I am picking up my car this afternoon from the dealer.
I just got the 1-2 grind problem taken care of, and in addition, they replaced the clutch disk, pressure plate, bearing, and the flywheel.

Do I need to take it easy for a few hundred miles? Is there a break-in period on this?
I know its recommended to go 600 miles before VTEC when engine is new.
Whats the deal on the tranny parts?

It's a new clutch you have to break it in. 500 miles of nice and low rpm driving is usually expected.
