the 7500 is the first oil change... I agree with the above about not waiting that long to vtec it... maybe more than 600 though.

 

get on the interstate,put it in 6th gear, vary your speed( Do not exceed 4500 rpms) and drive until you have to fuel up, turn around and drive back the same way vary your speed,vary your speed.did I mention vary your speed.
When you get home park it.The next time you drive it drive it the way you will drive it.
