Hey everyone, this is my first post. I have a 2002 Spa Yellow S2k, and i love it. I just bought a 745i and LOVE that too. Its just that after driving the 7 for the last couple days i want a sports car with more tourqe. A friend of myn is selling his 2001 Viper gts (yellow) for a pretty good price, should i go for it or is that a bad idea. I have heard so much about Viper's being so great and so bad at the same time, and the people over at viperchat werent much help. So anyone who knows and can help, i would appreciate it very much.

If you want torque, Viper will do quite nicely

 

Sell bmw, add money that you kept for viper and buy yourself 1 nicely tuned skateboard

Why do you need Viper if you have S2k? 3 rides in a month?

Sell your S2000 and get NSX, but If you have too much money and can't decide where to use...
Get NSX-R directly shipped from Japan.

Sell S2000, forget the viper and buy a f360 modena challenge stradale. I can't think of any combination that would make you happier.

 

You should wait for xviper to post in this thread. In fact, he had a very interesting post a while back describing his former life as a Viper owner, so if I can locate it, I'll post the link here.
